Switching Controllers is useful to diagnose problems or even to make a pivot operate when it is necessary to irrigate. To switch it, you need to know about the versions of the Controllers that you have in the Farm, since the exchange must be performed between equal Controllers. The latest version released was Controller G2 and this is the version that is currently produced for exportation.
Follow the step-by-step below to swap the controller:
01 - Turning off the Panel's power
02 - Disconnecting the Terminals
03 - Removing the Controller's Latches
05 - Switching the Controllers
06 - Installing the New Controller
01 - Turning off the Panel's power
At first, it is necessary to turn off the Panel's power, to do so, turn off the Panel's internal circuit breaker. Learn how to do this by following the type of Panel shown below:

Turn off the panel's main switch. That way, the Controller will turn off showing that there's no energy in the Panel. By turning the main switch off, both the analog and digital modes will be off, that is, the panel will no longer have power.
